Our email campaigns with United Sports started with completely rebranding and redesigning the layout of each email. As the previous emails were difficult to navigate, not visually appealing to the user, and had no clear call to action.
We worked on creating a template that would give each email a congruent feel and look to them. We also focused on cleaning up the overall look so that users would easily be able to read the content of the email quickly and finish with a call to action. This rebrand along with a subject line strategy helped to increase United Sports overall email openings by 10% and their click-through rate by 15%.
